Q1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 20,000pcs. But we can accept at least lower quantity to 10,000 for first trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

Q2. Can we get free samples?
1). For stock products, sample free but you have to pay for the express cost before sample departure.
2). For new products, we would like to charge the sample cost, which will be deducted once the order is confirmed. If you have carrier account, it will be perfect to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our bank account, and we will ship with our account. Please understand we send many samples every year, so we have pretty nice discounts from the DHL and FEDEX, we will offer for your confirmation before sample departing. We will take a photo before sample delivery too.

Q3. How long is the sample lead time?
For stock samples, it takes 3-5 days. If you want to do customized designs, it will takes 40 - 47 day as customized design need to be open mould, etc.

Q4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 40 - 50 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q5. What do you need to provide a quote?
Order quantity per batch / per year, detailed drawings including information below: a. Materials b. Color / Finish c. Capacity d.Weight .


Q6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We are specialized in making custom bottles, please offer your own design with Specifications and Pantone colors in the format of JPG or PDF, AI, CDR, STEP, etc. It will cost 45-60 days to make a new mould depends on techniques. FOT: 3~7 days ESL sample: 15 days MSL sample: 15 days Small/Trial-batch Production: 10~15 days Batch: 45 days

Q7 How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So please tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors for you.

Q8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed, 70% balance payment before shipment.

Q9. Do you have a catalog?
Yes, we can send you the catalog by email.

Q10. If any problem, what is the solution for us?
Please take the photos to show all details clearly, as soon as it is the quality problem, I will replace the bad items in next
order. If not quality problem, I will try best to help you.
